How to Update Your Email Signature

  1. Choose your name from the dropdown.
  2. Press the copy signature button to copy it to your clip board.
  3. Go to you email client and find where the Signatures are stored. In the Outlook web client it is under Account -> Signatures.
  4. Paste in the new signature by using Control V on a PC or Command V on a Mac.
  5. Now save your signature and you are done.
